The revelation today that the new Abigail on “Days of Our Lives” is not only an imposter but also collaborating with Dr. Mark Greene, who altered the DNA tests, has taken the show into uncharted territory. What’s their agenda? What’s their connection? What’s their ultimate objective? And perhaps most pressing, is the real Abigail still alive somewhere?

This twist may have set the stage for a major revelation.

Perhaps Clyde was being truthful, but he wasn’t referring to this woman. Maybe she and Mark saw an opportunity to infiltrate the DiMera household and make some money. Holly and Tate recently mentioned that Mark had to care for Felicity and Aaron after their parents passed away.

Perhaps, as a doctor, he’s facing financial difficulties and saw this as a chance to provide for his family.

Or, they could both be working for Clyde, either willingly or under compulsion. After all, he provided Chad with the video evidence that led him to “Abigail.”

Regardless of why the fake Abigail was introduced to the DiMera mansion, the real Abigail could still be out there, alive, and poised to return, potentially reprising her role by Marci Miller! Why do we suspect this? Kate Mansi, who previously played Abigail, is currently busy on “General Hospital,” and both Chad and the fake Abigail keep looking at a photo of the couple together during Miller’s tenure.

The photo has been so conspicuously featured that it’s hard to ignore its potential significance. Now that we know AnnaLynne McCord isn’t Abigail, the show seems to be hinting at the return of the genuine article, once again portrayed by Miller.

That’s right: No amnesia. No plastic surgery. Maybe Clyde’s still got her captive somewhere while he plays out whatever twisted plan he’s cooked up with Mark and the fake Abigail. We can’t say for certain just yet, but don’t be surprised if, by the end of this story, Miller’s Abigail is back home once again, and all is right in the world of Salem.Well, as right as things ever get in that town.

Gabi’s emotions ran high when she discovered that Stefan had an affair with Ava while she was serving time on “Days of Our Lives.” Initially, it seemed as if she might forgive him, but that was merely a feint. Now, she’s on a mission for retribution and is scheming against her soon-to-be ex-husband.

Revenge Plot Cherie Jimenez, who portrays Gabi, spoke with Soap Opera Digest and revealed that Gabi’s plan is to strip Stefan (Brandon Barash) of his wealth. Additionally, the conniving Connie (Julie Dove) suggested that the most fitting revenge would be one that matches or exceeds the betrayal: sleeping with another man.

Gabi’s Dastardly Plot Unveiled: Days of Our Lives’ Heartbroken Heroine Seeks Ultimate Revenge on Stefan!

Jimenez suggested that Gabi will swiftly come to this conclusion. “Gabi is being cold and calculating, and she almost seems apathetic, even though she’s deeply wounded inside,” she explained. “But beneath that is a layer of anger and a burning desire for revenge. She’s on a vengeful rampage.

Tactical Jimenez hinted that to inflict maximum pain on Stefan, Gabi would need to have an intimate encounter with someone who could inflict significant emotional and psychological harm. “Who would Stefan be most devastated to find out Gabi slept with?” Jimenez pondered.

The most likely candidate is his brother EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel), who would cause Stefan immense suffering if he learned of their affair.

Other options like Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Xander (Paul Telfer) could also cause Stefan distress, but they are currently involved in major storylines.

Meanwhile, EJ is relishing the dissolution of his brother’s marriage, smirking around the DiMera mansion. If sleeping with Gabi meant causing Stefan irreparable damage, EJ would not hesitate to do so.

Who do you think Gabi will choose for her act of revenge?
