Days of Our Lives Comings And Goings: Leo Has A New Lover, Derek Yates Joins As Kerry
DOOL’s vast canvas of characters has just expanded a little more to accommodate an all-new character! Days of Our Lives Comings And Goings reveal that actor Derek Yates has joined the cast of the Peacock soap as a character named Kerry. Reports suggest that Kerry is going to be a recurring character, and is not a one-off feature.
Days spoilers tease that fans can expect to see Derek make his debut during the week of July 8-12, 2024. Other updates reveal that Kerry will be sharing scenes with Salem’s resident troublemaker – Leo Stark. Previously, Leo had developed a crush on another new entrant Dr. Mark Greene, however, the doc did not return his advances.
Fortunately for Leo, it seems Kerry will be interested in him. Some spoiler pics show Leo and Kerry sharing a rather intimate moment in a bedroom where the latter is standing shirtless. So, it’s safe to say that sparks may soon fly between the two of them and a new romantic storyline may spill for Leo.
This will be Leo’s first hookup after his previous lover, Dimitri Von Leushner, fell off the canvas. His departure left Leo feeling really heartbroken and lonely. He even has been seeking therapy from Marlena. So, hopefully, his relationship with Kerry could become something more promising. But we’ll have to wait and see how it all plays out!
Other Days of Our Lives Comings And Goings reveal that actor Remington Hoffman will also make a cameo as the deceased Li Shin in the upcoming episodes. The cameo will be part of a flashback sequence that reveals how he got murdered, and how the real murderer framed Gabi DiMera.
