Days Of Our Lives Spoilers Weekly Update: Press Conference Confession
Spoilers for the week of July 8 – July 12, 2024 on Days of Our Lives tease a week of happy reunions after Gabi’s press conference confession.
Monday, July 1, 2024, Episode #14890
When Nicole (Arianne Zucker) walked in on EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and Melinda (Tina Huang), EJ admitted he gave Melinda immunity. The argument was interrupted when Stefan (Brandon Barash) and Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) arrived home. When EJ kicked Melinda out, he offered her a job at DiMera to keep her quiet. Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Tate (Leo Howard) argued over him sneaking around with Holly (Ashley Puzemis) while Holly vented to Eric (Greg Vaughan) about the situation. Tate later called Holly and asked her to run away with him. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) met with Ava (Tamara Braun) and offered her a job at DiMera, while Eric got offered a job in Paris.
Tuesday, July 2, 2024, Episode #14891
Kate (Lauren Koslow) visited Abe (James Reynolds) and offered condolences about Chanel (Raven Bowens) before revealing her idea of creating her own television show. Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel comforted each other over their loss before she made up with Paulina (Jackée Harry). Marlena (Deidre Hall) gave Stephanie (Abigail Klein) an update on Everett (Blake Berris) and told her she may be the key to getting through to him. When Stephanie went to see him, Bobby told them to leave and warned them to stay away.
Wednesday, July 3, 2024, Episode #14892
It was revealed Bobby wasn’t taking his medication, and after Stephanie suggested Jada (Elia Cantu) visit Everett, she talked to Bobby, who dangled information about a murder over her. Kate and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) talked about Abe’s obsession with his favorite soap opera, which just got canceled. This promoted Kate to convince him to buy the rights to the soap. Steve (Stephen Nichols) confided in Marlena about his case when he got the news that he got a suspended sentence. After grappling over the potential footage of Abigail, Chad (Billy Flynn) asked Paulina for permission to exhume Abigail’s body.
Thursday, July 4, 2024, Episode #14893
Justin (Wally Kurth) shared his opinion with Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) about his fiancee and suggested he get a prenup. Rachel (Finley Rose Slater) overheard Holly on the phone with Tate and asked about their secret plan. When Rachel threatened to tell Nicole, Holly bribed her with her favorite perfume. Tate told Aaron (Louis Tomeo) about the lacrosse camp Brady wants to send him to and asked his friend to secretly go in his place. When Tate and Holly later sneaked away to see the fireworks, someone saw them kissing from the bushes. Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) arrived to give Xander (Paul Telfer) a check for his share of Victor’s estate, but he turned it down.
Friday, July 5, 2024, Episode #14894
Eric told Nicole he’s moving to Paris. Jada told Rafe (Galen Gering) about Bobby’s murder claim and when she went to see him again, he told her he’d only tell her if she got him out of Bayview. He finally admitted he knows information about Li’s (ex-Remmington Hoffman) murder. It was later revealed in a flashback of Connie’s (Julie Dove – see which beloved DAYS character she compared Connie to!) that she was Li’s murderer. Kristen offered Melinda a job at DiMera. EJ warned Stefan not to say anything to Gabi about Jude when Gabi walked in on them arguing. EJ reminded them he owes him and gave them no choice but to come to his press conference and talk him up. When EJ left the room and Gabi told Stefan she overheard them arguing, Stefan admitted the truth about Jude. At the press conference, Gabi made a speech about EJ before announcing that Eric is Jude’s father in front of Nicole.
Week Ahead
Soon, in Salem, some shocking news may keep Eric from leaving town. Chad will also make news strides in the Abigail mystery, while the murderer that Bobby keeps talking about may be revealed.
