However, fans know that Victor’s secret son is really Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). In the meantime, Theresa has fallen in love with Alex.

While Theresa and Alex have seemingly reunited, Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) has learned the truth about Konstantin. Maggie is acting normal until the wedding day.

Then, Maggie, along with John Black (Drake Hogestyn), Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) get payback.

However, when the truth comes out about Victor’s secret son, Alex could have to return everything or struggle paying his debts.

Theresa will be distraught when she loses Alex after the truth is exposed. The only way we can see Theresa saving her relationship with Alex is through a pregnancy. Alex has said himself he’s never been the fatherly type.

However, fans have seen the look on Alex’s face when watching Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) with Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher).

There is also the dynamic between Alex and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). While Alex isn’t eager to spend time with Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater), that could be coming up.

On Mother’s Day 2024, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) told Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) that if Alex starts spending more time with Rachel than he does, then they will have a serious problem.

So, expect Kristen to push Alex and Rachel together soon. That could create a longing in Alex to be a dad himself, maybe not to Rachel, but to his own child. So, will Theresa end up pregnant and if so, will Alex take her back?
